After receiving a diagnostic, I was told that my battery had been replaced, without my permission. The battery was good (with a warranty on it) and had been tested the day before the "diagnostic" was performed. No one from Alex's ever called to asked my permission to replace the battery. I was told that I couldn't have my old battery (that I never gave Alex's permission to replace). Four days after the battery was replaced the battery light came back on and the car was once again losing power. Alex's refused to accept accountability. This was the worse auto repair service experience ever!!

Amazing service and super awesome pricing! They've worked on all of my vehicles (Mercedes Benz and Dodge Pickup), and I've been satisfied every time. I'm only taking my vehicles to them for all of my car care needs!

I was not happy with my experience at Alex’s Auto Body Repair & Sales LLC. All the other shops were backed up so I decided to give them a try. I called the day before and told them I needed them to install a radiator. The manager asked if I had the radiator. I said yes and made the appointment for the next morning. I brought my car in at 8:03am. They where done at 4pm. When I got my car back, tried to open the hood to see the new radiator. The hood cable was disconnected and I saw the new radiator I bought still in the box with the hoses next to it. So I went back in to tell the manager about the hood cable and the new radiator in the back. The manager said there was nothing he could do about the radiator being over looked.They took my car back and connected the hood cable. By then it was close to 5pm when I left the shop. I was highly disappointed.
