Telle Tire & Auto Centers West Kearney

I came to Telle tire to get a nail removed from my tire and have it patched. The gentleman behind the counter took my keys, drove it into the shop and within 15 minutes drive my car back out of the shop and parked it by the front door. He walked in and said, Here you are! Have a nice day!” I asked, “How much do I owe you?” and again said, “Have a nice day!” All of the men behind that counter were so nice and respectful! Thanks for the great service and great attitudes! I will definitely be back!

Had our f150 at a chain tire shop. Very poor service and would never take it back. The guys here at Telle went out of there way to take care of us. I can’t say enough good things about these guys and how professional of a job they did. Cleaned the wheel on the bead surface and the valve stems to correct the on going problem we had been having. We will be back for all our service work in the future!!!!! Thanks guys

If you are a woman having a hard time trying to find a tire shop that you can trust. I suggest going to Telle tire on West Kearney in Springfield Mo. I've had some pretty bad experiences from a couple of tire shops here in Springfield. I had almost given up on letting anyone touch my car. I had a friend, tell me to give it one last shot at Telle tire because they had a good experience. So far, I've been there 3 times and every time has been a great experience. The shop and waiting room are very clean. The staff listens to what I need, And never makes me feel uncomfortable trying to upsell me on stuff I don't need. I really appreciate having a reliable and trustworthy tire shop on the north side of town. I will keep going back because of the quality of work and the treatment from the staff.
