Smart Buy Tire & AUTO REPAIR

Sold me poor quality tires that where wearing out before first oil change.The owner tried talking down to me like I don't know cars ,just to try sale me an alignment instead of replacing his bad tires . I went and bought four new tires down the street and asked to go ahead and check alignment and it was good. Was a long time customer with 3 cars will never return.This was his third strike with this customer. Edited for owner review comments. My wife has purchased items have even taken family there. Of course your reply will try to spin it anyway you can as all your replies like response on all your other negative reviews. Show me once where you've taken complete responsibility for a negative review on your reviews. You had a chance to make it right all you did was attack. You need to own up and clean up your act. Very good place to buy new and use tires, very busy all the time, a good sign they are good company. Bought a set of tires for my daughter,well the one tire had issues and seem just to be a bad tire, They took the tire back and replaced it. Sometimes I think every once in awhile you get a lemon. They did the right thing and honored their warranty.

I have two kids attending college in Springfield. For the past 6 years the folks at Smart Tire have REALLY taken care of our vehicles. My son brought his car in today expecting to pay $445 for a repair but Smart Tire found that the brake issue could be fixed at the cost of $115. Today reinforces why I really respect the honesty of this business. Thank You Smart Tire, we will be back!!!
