I couldn’t be happier with the work completed. They did an amazing job! They were honest with their pricing and diagnosis and charged less than other quotes I got and even kept me from spending extra on unnecessary repairs that were suggested to me at other shops. Repairs were done in a timely manner. I had the car towed in and it had personal belongings in it that were untouched and the money left in the cup holders were still there. Just an honest shop and very friendly people. 10/10!

Today was my first experience here at 1st Choice Automotive, and it was a great experience. I needed to find a place to have the vehicle inspected ASAP and my neighbor suggested here. They were kind and prompt to get me scheduled same day for inspection. Service was great. Vehicle passed as expected, but glad they did not try to take advantage of me . I’m thankful I found a new place that I can trust!

I had to have major engine work they did be redone because of faulty part. They absolutely honored their commitment to get my truck back on the road at no cost. Route 66 is an honest shop that stands by their work and treats their customers right. They're busy for a reason. This shop and thier techs absolutely takes care of thier customers. Great communication and will fix till vehicle is right. Very honerble shop. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Service: Engine repair
