I called and scheduled a state inspection for same day. Rick's was on schedule, helped me resolve a couple of issues and had me on my way within an hour. Always a pleasant experience whether I utilize the convenient shuttle service or if I choose to wait in their comfortable waiting area and all the employees are very nice and hospitable. I have been to a couple different shops that had been telling me different things about my car so I was really frustrated not knowing who or what to believe. I sent a message online to Rick's automotive and by end of day the GM took the time to call me and really listened to me . He set me an appointment to have my tahoe lifted and thoroughly looked over. When I arrived the next day he came out to meet me and let me know there would be no charge and that he was sorry for what I had been through. I was given detailed information over the issues with my truck and also took the time to talk to me over the things most important to fix right away and exactly what would be done. I was honestly surprised how great the prices were. They are caring and look out for thier customers. Will continue to be a customer and highly recommend!

Ricks automotive has helped me time and again, when other shops had no availability for weeks the guys at Ricks have always helped me get repairs and maintenance within a week!
