Lem's Truck & Auto Service

I would not recommend Lem's Truck & Auto to anyone! We took our truck to them after it had died on us on I44, after weeks of them having our truck we received no answers on what was going on with the truck but was told they could replace a part but that wasnt going to guarantee that it would work. Very soon after being told that they called us and told us the truck had been broke into and we needed to come pick it up. They told us it was our responsibility to fix the windows, ignition etc that was busted up but after asking them for video footage they decided to change their mind and said they would fix the window. We scheduled a tow truck to pick up the truck after the window people finished, when the truck arrived to our house we were surprised to find every piece they had taken off of the motor inside the truck just thrown in there. We took our F350 super duty dually here for some work. The outside needs some love, but it IS an auto shop, so there’s that. They are very nice and easy to work with. Good communication. On time. They do what they say they are going to do when they say they will do it. Average prices. We’d definitely bring our truck back here again if we need to in the future. Five star experience!
