Let me start out by saying that I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! I took my car in for a diagnostic check, and found out that there were several issues. This company made me feel very comfortable, and was honest with me from the start about same day service. Not only did they work with the company that I am financing my car through on payment, they also arranged a ride from their employees to and from work for me while my vehicle was being worked on! Shelby has such EXCELLENT customer service, and I have never had such a pleasant experience. I truly appreciate all that K Street did to get me back on the road! I grew up on the north side of Springfield and live down in Nixa now. I've always been a fan of north side repair shops. Prices are realistic and it just seems the quality of work is better. I went to get tires out on today and an alignment. They didn't get the alignment done due to worn parts that need to be replaced. I really appreciated his honesty and bringing me back into the shop to show me specifically. That has a lot of value and means a lot. I told them my dad took cars to K-Street back when it was in Kearney in the 80's. I'll make the drive from south Nixa again next time I need anything done. Keep up the good work! I went for a safety inspection and they were able to get me in that same morning. Shelby is very nice and the technician was helpful. I appreciated that they pointed out possible areas of concern on my tires without trying to upsell me.
