Very kind and honest shop. I had been told a week ago that I needed a new transmission by another shop in Springfield and that the transmission was slipping. I haven’t felt any issues with the transmission. I asked J & S for a second opinion and they said the gears were not slipping, just not crisp, meaning not new. Me and my family moved here last year and as the last kiddos in the household, I can say with confidence that Jeff was a super huge help with tackling the awkward problem of being in a new state, new town, no familiar faces, and feeling lost on where to go and who to trust.
