Hopkins automotive they were a great company to work with. They did the repairs on my car in a very affordable untimely manner. They definitely had my business in the future!

I made an appointment and I took my 2015 chrysler 300 here for AC issue and a motor tick, despite having an appointment it still took them 2 days to even look at my car. Once looking at it I was called and told they did not have the equipment to check my AC unit as my car was to new for them. As for the tick in my motor was told it could be many things and was recommended to put a new motor in my car witch keep in mind is only 6 years old with only 150k miles on it. Was also told they didn't have the tools to work on my motor anyways even if they tried to fix the motor. After being very irritated after going with out my car for 2 days I picked my car up with nothing being fixed cause they couldn't work on it. I took my car else where and have an appointment later this week to replace my AC compressor and schedule a time to replace my lifters as that is what my ticky nose it from. My motor over all is fine and does not need a new engine. This place is very uneducated on vehicles especia

Everyone at Hopkins is very helpful. They were quick to diagnose our issue and were able to get me an appointment in the same week. I would recommend them for any car problem.
