Best Customer Service I have received in a long time. While traveling from Chicago we got a nail in a tire in Springfield, MO We went in to Goodyear 1/2 hour before closing. They got us in and out with time to spear. So courtesy and professional. We highly recommend Goodyear Tires in Springfield, Mo.
I picked up a screw in my tire on my way home. I live over an hour away and it was past 5 o’clock when I called and spoke to Brendan. This young man understands customer service. He was professional over the phone and even more impressive in person. He helped me find the best solution to the tire issue and help me get back home. I have worked retail for over 30 years and this is how you take care of people. Outstanding job to entire team!
