Gerber staff were very professional and friendly. We had repairs done that included deep scratches and dents, the work was excellent, paint match was perfect and they had cleaned everything inside and out. Take you car somewhere else. Don't let the insurance agent talk you into using this place. They do not communicate and can not be trusted. I have been waiting for six weeks to get my truck fixed. Come to find out they never even submitted the estimate to the insurance. So no parts have been ordered. Some of the parts have 6-8 week lead times. I'm now going to another shop but because of Gerber's incompetence I'm going to be without my truck for atleast 4 months. No family camping trips for us this summer. Really a great experience. Work was done a week earlier than they said it would be and when I got my car the work was excellent and the car was cleaner than I left it with them. They also fixed a problem I’d had with the car’s radio code (free and without my asking) will absolutely go back next time I need work done on a car. Service: Body & Trim
