Firestone Complete Auto Care

I was told my fuel injector was the problem, the part would be here on Monday and the car done then if I want to do that. I was quoted $642 with the $120 diagnosis fee. I agreed. Monday comes and I am told to take my car to a specialist for the motor. The injector caused worse damage to the cylinder and needs to go but you still owes us. They discounted the diagnosis in half, $588.84 is the new total. They did not fully diagnose the car and charged me for work I would not have agreed to if I was fully informed. These guys saved my wife and I a ton of money. They were honest. That's hard to find now-a-days. They were in a position to take advantage of us, but they didn't. Instead of playing parts changer, they sent us to our car dealer. Our problem turned out to be a switch. That's a better deal than replacing a good compressor. Thanks guys. We will be loyal Firestone customers from here out.

So, my employee was having a rough day, ended up ironically changing her tire in the parking lot across from this place and they offered to help her just to be nice. We’ve never been here otherwise but I definitely would come here after that. Thanks for being compassionate and kind to her just because. That was really cool of you guys!
