From the moment I walked on the lot I knew the service was going to be great, from the first hello to the last goodbye, I felt I was respected as a customer. Eric walked with me to my car and first hand turn on the car to see what was going on, after we talked about the problems I was having he gave some automotive knowledge and I learned a few new things about cars which I greatly appreciated. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed, the report for it was extensive and very detailed and gave me the choice I wanted done and had a thorough breakdown of prices and what I was expected to pay, even offering extra services. The prices were reasonable and affordable for the work I needed done, my car was in the shop for literally a day and was back up and on the road. I was very pleased and will be coming back for future services and will recommend other go here as well!! I had a multitude of issues with my sons car and so I brought it to the guys at Complete Automotive and they were nothing short of spectacular. They were very courteous over the phone and even more so in person. They were very prompt with getting me an estimate and were very understanding when it come to leaving the car over night. Brian was an outstanding representative of that business and I would highly recommend this place for any car service needs. Needless to say if we have any other issues we will be back!!!
