Customer service was professional and courteous. Unfortunately, knowing I would be filing an auto body repair claim with insurance, I was over quoted on the price. I managed to find someplace more honest and had the repair done at half the amount quoted by this company.

Great experience. Very friendly and courteous. Hope I don't need body work again soon but will definitely go back there. Would recommend them to anyone.

1 star and only because I was required to give a rating.. today I went in to get an estimate for repairs because I recently got rear ended. The guy started looking at the damage to my front bumper that was caused by a different situation. I told the guy it's the back of my car that I'm needing an estimate for. He then goes around back and then tells me that unfortunately he can't just fix the back, that I would have to get the whole car fixed from any damage because he doesn't want a car leaving still looking damaged. He said "it's a image thing". That is ridiculous and crazy that I was being told I HAD to get my whole car fixed. I'm sorry but last time I checked your company image should be making your customers happy. And after the service I was given today I am NOT happy and will NEVER attempt to do service with you again.
