I first found Aasby Automotive by looking online and reading other reviews. I crossed my fingers and took a chance that the 5-star rating was accurate. They gave my Subaru a thorough inspection to determine what was wrong with my air conditioner (for a reasonable price). They were very detailed and clear. When I called back to schedule the repair over a month later, Sarah remembered me and they got me in within a few days. They have a convenient key drop box and I had no issues leaving my car after hours so they could work on it the next day. I picked up my car this afternoon and it works splendidly! I love that the parts and service have a warranty, too. The office and shop were very clean and organized. To me, that says a lot about a shop. Overall, I was impressed with their quality customer service, organized and efficient work, and genuine kindness. Should we need any future repairs, we will be calling them again!
