Took my truck to get it fixed, way too expensive and they put the most expensive parts on it even after I told them I didn't want the most expensive parts and they still didn't listen. My check engine light came on the following day. Then just called to replace a gear linkage bushing $300, for a $10 part that wouldn't even take an hour to install. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Rick's was recommended to me on a Rant & Rave page via fb. I asked where a person could go to get an honest Mo vehicle Inspection. As a female this IS very important, whether you agree or not. It took about an hour to wait for my results. My Only gripe is their lobby needs to be bigger!!! ???? 4 chairs is not enough. I had to stand the whole time but that is ok. These Men are nice and professional. I would recommend them if you're in the Raytown area.
Very impressed with this auto repair shop! People are honest and kind! Repairs are done correctly and prices are fair!
