Think they try to take advantage of older people. When my son was with me the guy he talked to was nice and helpful. But when I went to pick up my car it was all different the .I had to call my son and he had them call him. They told me it would have to be towed. I told them I drove it there. They wanted $1500.00 to fix it .I took it some were else little over 1/3 the cost. Word of mouth goes a long and I will let everyone not to deal with them. Sad but true

David and all of his staff are AMAZING! I bought my car from him 3 years ago, it doesn’t give me many problems, when it does I take it back to him and he get me in & out. He’s very trust worthy. Best mechanic!

My husband and I were having problems with front drivers brake locking up. We called different shops and they couldn't get us in. I had seen great things about Quality Auto on the nextdoor neighbor app. My husband called spoke with Nick and he could get us in asap as this is our only vehicle for my husband to get to and from work. We went to quality they started working on it right away additional repairs were needing. Nick is the kindest, and honest man he worked with us so much. Quality auto is the only place we will continue to go to, in fact we have a 7:30am appointment thursday for 2 new tires. Their prices are very, very reasonable. Nick went above and beyond to get the vehicle fixed and back to us as quickly as Possible. They had it ready a day earlier than expected.
