The Auto Clinic

I took my cars there and always they came up with something extra that need to fix but I was try To be positive and trust them . Unfortunately i took my friend car there to fix this time , they offered me if i want they look all over and i said you already told me the problem please just fix that. Anyway they called me today and after so many time call back and forward they said the driver windows need to repair and i asked them whats the problem they said they pulled down but look like window motor now does work and they cant pull windows up, they said that’s happened there, manager was so rude and unprofessional and told me this is what is it and i have to pay 300$ extra to fix that. That’s ridiculous place

My car stalled due to a failed fuel pump. Dropped the car at auto clinic not knowing this was the problem. When they asked for 1100 dollars to replace a fuel pump I declined service and had the vehicle towed to my home. I replaced the fuel pump myself but not before finding out auto clinic had drained a qtr tank of gas out, disconnected fuel line and left numerous bolts they removed under hood. I've never in my life been to such a lousy vindictive service. I can't even begin to explain why they would do any of the things they did prior to approval to do the work, THEN JUST LEAVE IT IN SHAMBLES. I would not recommend this place to a single soul for service.

We brought our vehicle here to get two new tires they put them on and then we picked up our vehicle and none of the psi was correct one was reading as low as 29 one reading his highest 45 so I called back and asked if that wasn’t something they normally did with their vehicles Gia stated yes we should do that but sometimes we dropped the ball and there’s nothing we can do about it unless you want to bring your car back here. I told her that was super inconvenient as we didn’t live in the same town and we just had our car there two days ago she replied with yeah there’s not really anything I can do about that. She’s always rude and hateful on the phone and they have terrible customer service 100% would not recommend. Services: Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement
