Genuine Auto Repair

I haven't had a car mechanic that I've been dedicated to since moving to Lee Summit (4 years ago). But our experience at Genuine Auto Repair with Gary and Bridgette has changed all that. They were fantastic, informative, and engaging. We left feeling like we had a trusted friend who would care for our cars & our finances. These guys are amazing! When I brought my car in for an inspection Bridgette came out and said the dreaded, "Can I show you something?" My heart sank, here it comes. She then stopped and said, "It isn't something that is going to cause your inspection to fail, and I'm not even suggesting you need to fix it, but I wanted you to be aware of this... you might hear some sounds when breaking, but it's ok." That's incredible customer service, to know that your customer is going to be nervous about "bad news," so you buffer it with the security that it's not a big deal. Much appreciated. Did good work on my old car, was truthfully honest, did more work on my current car and I will always take my car here anytime. Amazing women who works at the front desk, so polite and willing to answer any questions/concerns highly recommend!!! ♥️♥️♥️ Service: General repairs & maintenance

My son has an older Mini and sometimes it’s hard to find someone that can / will work on it. Gary and team were up for the task. They told us exactly what was wrong and give us a quote before any work was done. It’s nice to know a great mechanic that is trustworthy. This is a family business that did a great job for my family.
