If you are someone who has never really had to take care of a car and if the mechanic really stresses you out, I HIGHLY recommend this place. I took my car back to my hometown in Texas to get serviced for two years because I was so nervous to find a new mechanic. I finally had to bite the bullet when my car started smoking and feel like I could not have gotten luckier. They have never done anything to my car before explaining what was going on with it and naming the price; there have been several times that my bill ended up being less expensive than what they originally quoted. I previously gave this place a good review. Things have changed. I recently scheduled an important maintenance with them. I have been going there for at least six years. But recently their service has gotten worse. They don’t answer phones and you have to text everything. After scheduling my maintenance a week out, they postponed it another week at the last minute. Then a week later they postponed it again. I could tell they didn’t want to do the work. So I found a place that had the same price but handles their customers professionally. They no longer have to worry about working on my cars. I no longer will recommend them to my family and friends.

They have been taking care of me and my cars for as long as I can remember. Before I retired, they were four blocks from my workplace, so I'd drop my car off before work and pick it up after work. I retired in 2018 and have continued to have them take care of me and my car, even though I'm now 20+ miles away. I usually drop my car off at midday and get some lunch before returning to pick up my car. I love these guys and am honored to trust them as they have trusted me
