Firestone Complete Auto Care

I've brought my car here twice, both times they've tried to charge me for services they didn't even provide and I had to dispute my bill both times. But the second time I brought it in for my AC not working, dropped it off, and they called me a few hours later telling me the entire AC compressor would need to be replaced, costing over $1.3k. A friend of mine told me to hold off and bring it into their local small town mechanic, who was able to fix my AC for only $200 by just changing the valve core, and it still works perfectly fine months later. This place has no idea what they're doing, and tried to overcharge me $1k for a fix that didn't even need to be done. Stay away. Services: Tires, Air conditioning

They had my car for over a week and did absolutely nothing after calling to say it was ready. Don’t waste your time here.

I dropped my car off for an appointment at 4pm on a weekday and was told it shouldn't be long. I returned at 6:30pm to find they had closed early and my car was locked inside. No call to confirm with me. Really disappointed. Not sure I could trust them with my car again. Service: Tires
