The mechanics are friendly and honest. They're not so inundated with other work that they won't tell you they're "too busy this week" to "even try to look" at your car. There's a waiting room that's actually clean and air conditioned. Yes, it might be a bit more expensive than some of the other garages in the area, but in the case of Brocato's, you really do get what you pay for.
