I love the free shuttle service, and the work my mechanic performs. I would have appreciated better communication with customer service. I had to cancel a medical appt because no one was calling me back with an update, eta, etc., even though I called twice. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change
The staff there are super friendly. They also shuttled me home after I dropped off my vehicle. When I came back to pay, my bill was alot less than when the first evaluated the car. I appreciate their honesty and great service with a smile.
Great service with exceptional attention to the customer experience. I rated lower because for my oil change the oil sensor was not reset. The drive back to CB to have them reset the gage is not close, or convenient.
