Spent over $6,000 for warranted work in 2023 at this place, and our Ford truck continues to have the same problems. 120k miles on it, and new owner now says the truck is just old. 6k spent and he's yelling at my husband? Warranted work means nothing here.
It's irritating when you schedule a week in advance for a safety & emissions test. Just to be told 15 minutes before your appointment that the tests can't be done, due to being under new management and the equipment needed isn't there. You had a whole week to call the customer back and communicate that information. Update, Paul called and rectified the matter. I do appreciate the prompt response, and providing an alternative solution.
I just found out, months after they replaced a tire, that they failed to put the wheel lock key back in the package in trunk. So now I have to pay another compnay to destory my wheel locks in order to remove the wheels... Go elsewhere. Service: Tires
