Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers Clocktower

Made an appointment for new tires the tires I wanted wasn’t in stock. I went we another set and also told them I needed tire sensors for at least 2 of my tires. Got there at 7 i was the second person signed in. He asked me what time i need my truck back i said by 12. I called at 12:15 truck still not ready. Go to pick it up and the dummies still didn’t change the sensors then proceeded to say they can do it but i will need to leave my truck longer. The fact my truck been there over 6 hours for need tire installation is crazy then to not get all the service i asked for is baffling. Terrible service and I’ll never go back

Steve and Nilsson are doing a great job running the front. The shop guys seem to enjoy their jobs here as well. Excellent location.

Had a hard time today. They were really pressed by my warranty. I guess they didn't think I could pay. Then I said I'd just pay out of pocket. They said my car was ready. I went to get it and the tire wasn't even changed yet. Had to get a ride back to work to bring me back hours later. I spent a whole day without a car for a 20 minute tire change. I won't be back.
