Meineke recently serviced my vehicle and did an excellent job. Despite being fully booked, they managed to accommodate me when I called. When my car unexpectedly started running hot, they quickly identified and resolved the issue, providing excellent customer service.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car shop. I arrived at my scheduled time at 8am. The guy at the counter was rude and very unprofessional he should be fired! He told me he didn't have any shop workers in yet but if I had someone to go in the back and do my work they could. He was loud and disrespectful. I would not recommend them to work on my bike. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE!
My car,s check engine light popped on Sunday and Monday wouldn't start. The kind staff had my car up and running by Monday evening and even gave me a discount. I'm happy ????
