First, the good. I will say their customer service was great, got the car in quickly and fixed on the same day. Second, the bad. I feel taken advantage of... daughter goes to Mizzou and her car was acting up. Since we live a few hours away we decided to have her take it somewhere close to where she lives. They replaced 4 plugs and 1coil for 715.00 which i thought was crazy but we had no choice but to get it done. Then called and offered to replace the other 3coils for another 672.00 which i refused. Never again will I use them or recommend. I have no problem with someone making a profit as I have owned a business for the last 22 years but this was pretty ridiculous. I had my car inspected here and they said I needed a few parts replaced before it would pass. I did as requested but the old parts were in brand new condition. Absolutely nothing wrong with them. When I took it back, they still didn't pass it stating one of the new parts was bad again. I will not be returning to this business.

We were traveling from North Carolina to Colorado. We stopped for lunch in Columbia, MO. We get in the car at 2pm and the battery light is flashing. Quick Google search suggests alternator going bad. Called two other shops and they could not help us same day. Called Woody's and they said come on over and mostly likely could get us going by end of day. The entire staff was awesome. Follow ups to thank us and make sure everything was good. Offered to drive us to coffee shop while we waited. Had us back on the road in 1.5 hours. We were able to make our Kansas City BBQ reservations and did not have to lose our hotel reservation since it was less than 24 hours cancellation. Could have happened in the middle of Kansas and who knows how long that would have taken to get help and it was COLD.
