They were very busy but they made time to inspect and replace my tire. Fortunately, I had a warranty so the tire was replaced for a reasonable fee.
I have used Plaza Tire for years, but I can honestly say that after witnessing Michael treat customers the way he did I will NEVER use the downtown location again! If he is your best customer service representative, then you should think about getting someone else. I actually felt sorry for the college age young lady that didn't know the information (phone number) under the account. Even my sixteen year old picked up on his attitude. I wish that I could give zero stars because Michael doesn't deserve one!
The gentleman that helped us was nice but for 2 tires to be replaced took 5 hours. If you have all day this place may work for you but if your passing through and need a new tire I would suggest just look for another place.
