I am always extremely impressed by Mutrux’s services. But what really separates them from the competition is the kindness of the boss and all the workers. They are an incredibly friendly and helpful group that always goes the extra mile to please their customers. I had a flat late in the day yesterday and they were booked solid with appointments, but they didn’t turn me away. They were able to help fix my tire, which is great because I have a road trip planned for the weekend. And the older gentleman in the Navy hat, unfortunately I didn’t get his name, gave me a ride to my house because he didn’t want me to “have to walk in the rain”. I enjoyed talking with him about his life and our mutual appreciation of old country music. Important for a woman to find a place that takes care of your mechanical issues without any concerns with being taken advantage of financially or otherwise... Accommodating, courteous, honest service is what I experienced. Estimated cost was double what I was charged and was super impressed with the small town service I felt like I had received from this family's business. Highly recommend.
