Repair after being rear ended. Did an excellent job car looks as good as before the accident. They always do good work for the times we have used them.

Except for parts having a long wait time and I wasn’t going to be able to book an appointment until January 7 went on a secondary list for service. This took 5 weeks for them to complete. Number one plus was, they got most of the repairs on my extended service warranty. They were more than compliant with keeping me updated on what was going on. Will continue to use them for any service that needs done.

Machens body & paint came through for me after I was rear ended. They got me right in for an estimate, ordered what they needed, and less than a week later they had me all fixed up like it never happened. They communicated directly with insurance and my rental car company, and kept me posted along the way. At pickup they had my SUV detailed, including my floor mats!
