Joe Machens Ford Service

I was on my way to st.Louis. Stop in Columbia Missouri anyway, my oil lite. Came on and looked up oil change, saw this place, went for it, I grew up near Marshall Missouri , we would get Columbia station, you would get advertising from Joe Machen, so I knew what I was getting into when I drove up to here. Super nice and friendly too, what $100 for an oil change, I would pay $6o.but this is car dealership, that is okay, but they did extra on my sticker, has tires, brakes, battery, do I look on the paperwork! No I don’t on my sticker has a green yellow and red box. Which I like so I know what’s going on instead of being surprise, yes, you need to come here for your oil change

JM Ford was great to work with. I had major issues with a truck of mine and Aaron Six was awesome to work with. He was VERY helpful. Had excellent communication and customer service throughout everything :)

My Expedition quit and had to be towed to Machens. It didn't arrive until 5pm, and they diagnosed the problem by noon the next day. That was a Friday, they had the parts by Monday afternoon and I was able to pick it up Tuesday. Very speedy service, and I appreciated how good the tech was at keeping me updated on the progress.
