Jiffy Lube

Had an oil change, air filter and tire rotation. They knocked all of this out in 30 minutes and even cleaned off my windshield. Excellent and professional service at this location! Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

We wanted a simple oil change. We asked they did not change any filters this time around. They proceeded to pull all filters anyways. After the car was done the A.C. quit working. It was working fine before the oil was changed. They took the car back in and pretended to look at it and denied it could be anything they did. They refused to talk to my husband and make it right until we called cooperate. Very unprofessional, rude, and untrustworthy. We just wanted a simple make it right because we have small children and this heat is critical, and instead they blew us off. I would not recommend. This is the Second time this has happened. We thought maybe a coincidence but clearly not a second time. There will be l know third time. Service: Oil change

I waited in my car for my turn and observed why it took longer than usual. I will drive across town to the Nifong Blvd location where I usually go, and would give them 5 Stars from my last several visits. This location had too many employees spending time watching cell phone screens and not focusing on the vehicle in for service. One guy actually had his cell phone in one hand, watching it, while checking air pressure on the vehicle in front of me. I was in a hurry, so this may be a reason for the poor review, or maybe my standards are too high. Service: Oil change
