I started off aggravated with the service I knew that was coming and expected the worst. I called and spoke the lady at the front desk named Loretta. She explained ( as she promised over the phone) the process and asked for my keys then she was off to take my car information. I took a seat and she returned politely offering me coffee. She returned with my problem solved and then reminded about my plates about to expire. I checked my plates and then they asked me if they should do an inspection to help me take care of something that I was not thinking of because it was due for my inspection. Upon wrapping up the service, the owner Gus came out an explained he found an issue but the resolve was a minor adjustment with my distribution on my recent tuneup at another shop. I write this in gratitude because I felt like they were my on my side not trying to gouge me for extra services. I was able to get my license tags the same day and spent far less than just going back to the previo

The team at GAPS Automotive Repair in Boonville are absolute lifesavers! Especially Paula and Gus (and Austin too)! I am a small, young woman who was traveling alone from Topeka, KS to Bonne Terre, MO for a dog training competition with my two German Shepherds. Both of my back tires blew out and I was stranded at the Love's Truck Stop down the road. Getting towed and sitting somewhere for days waiting to have this taken care of wasn't an option due to my two enormous dogs riding with me. Not only did they squeeze me in right away, Paula herself left to go pick up the exact tires I needed from another location because they didn't have them in stock. They had me and the dogs back on the road within just a few hours and we were able to get to our competition and complete what we ventured out here to do! I can't thank them enough and would totally be giving them all of my business if I didn't live 100+ miles away, so this little review is the least I could do. Please support them! They are
