I unfortunately have to use them too often, but they are great with customer service and helping customers understand charges and different routes they can take to fix their damages, particularly after a hit and run.

I had never been in a position to use Galen's Auto Body before but found myself in a minor situation that needed a pro. My new-to-me truck had a running scratch that went across both passenger side doors. Definitely the kind of scratch that could ruin a day. I was sure I was either going to have to live with it, or spend $1000 plus to have someone fix it. I went to Galen because he's Local (support local!) and I've heard nothing but great things from friends and acquaintances about the work Galen does. I was not disappointed! He was able to fix me up quickly, but he also took the time to explain to me his process. It was an honest dealing with an obvious professional that has tons of experience - and the price was very reasonable! Through the course of my transaction, I met several of his employees.
