Ford Service Department

Went in because my car wouldn’t start and all dash lights came on intermittently. Was told that lock cylinder was the issue so I got it repaired just to have the same issues. Waste of time and money. Now it’s currently sitting on there lot for another diagnostic.

We were relocating for work with two kids and two dogs packed into our diesel F350 when our driveshaft broke. Our trip was supposed to go from Michigan to Colorado and we made it to Missouri. It was about a 40 minute tow from where it blew to the shop, but it was worth it. Even with supply chain issues they were able to get us a replacement overnight from Wisconsin. The fact that it happened on a Saturday put us out a few days to start, and once they got their hands on it it was probably 2-3 more days. Truck runs better than when we left Michigan and they didn't rob us for it.

Not pleased. They screwed up the installation of my oil pan, so they are fixing it.. only that was 3 weeks ago. I haven't heard anything from them since.. So far they have shown me they do sub standard work and have poor communication.
