Roger was so very very nice. I came in having a bad day and he put a smile on my face. His personality is definitely someone that you would want to encounter with any time you were getting your vehicle fixed they did an amazing job I really and truly appreciate the kindness that I received today thank you I also like to give a shout out to Jay another amazing person that’s in the business

Today was my first time going to this Dobbs location. The customer service was excellent! Jay and Kyle were the two people I spoke with and they were excellent at fully explaining what was going on with my vehicle. They answered all of my follow up questions completely. I didn’t feel pressured to add on additional services, but was well informed of my options. Estimates were provided before anything was done to my vehicle so there were no surprises in expense. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Service was good. Very polite and professional. Cost was about 20% higher for the oil change than my 2 other places I normally get it done. That being said, they got me right in.
