We are truly thankful for the service we received here. Our car started having cooling issues during a cross-country drive. We called first thing Saturday morning and although they were fully booked that morning I exclaimed the predicament we were in. Joel offered to open up a bay for us so we could get back on the road. Thankfully it was a quick fix and his team had us on the road within an hour. Nice, courteous, and prompt.

We were on our way out of town on a Friday afternoon, pulling a camper, and at 4:30 pm had a problem with the engine. Called Custom Complete and they went out of their way, even staying past hours, to get it fixed and back on the road. They were life savers! This is the worst place ever bring your car. Imagine one of their staff quote you a price, then when the work is done, they give you a whole different price and when I asked to talk to that employee, they said they fired him. I had one of the 2 parts needed to fix my window, all the man could’ve done is ordered a regulator by itself, which he claimed cannot be done, but when they called, it was confirmed by O’reilly it can be done and in stock. They ordered from their friends so their friend can make money off me too. He also had the temerity to ask me if I can bring burger to McDonald’s and ask them to cook it when I made mention that I already had the part that came out the window and they didn’t have to get a whole new set. Very ignorant of him because I’m sure this a complete different situation. Had it been my door falling off, they would discard the whole door and buy a new one?. I really wanted to tell them to take out whatever they put in and let me go elsewhere. I will never g
