I visited the Providence location on a Friday morning after being turned away (for the second time) at the Grindstone store. I simply didn't have the time or desire to wait 3-4 hours for service. Steve Casey greeted me and had my work order ready in minutes. The car was brought in, the work was done, and I was on my way. Courteous, fast, and efficient. And they reset the service reminder, too, unlike the local Mazda dealer. It's nice having options, and I will return to this store in the future. Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

As a black and inexperience woman in need of car repair I think I was treated the best at this place and any other body shop I've ever went to and yes I highly recommend going because the customer service was on point and the prices was fair and the guy that work at the register was very friendly talkative and he just reassuring me the whole time of everything that was going on step-by-step in the way I got out of the motive place in a timely matter I wasn't held up in any way form or fashion because they do through a lot of business in the parking lot was full but you can tell by how fast and efficient they were at their job I loved it.

Custom complete automotive I would never recommend because you've had my son car for 4 weeks haven't called me to give me a update on his car yet. It took 6 tries to fix my van an you still charged me for your mistake. I had to get my van towed there 3 times that's not cheap. You overcharge and the issue isn't resolved. I tried so hard to be nice and patient but I don't think you all understand the inconvenience of it all. I'm out of $2300 and you still have my son car it's been in the same place for 3 weeks inside on the Lyft.
