I cannot boast about Lee at Columbia Transmission enough. You can’t trust too many repair shops nowadays, but the folks at Columbia Transmission are honest, skilled, and personable. Lee received my car in pretty bad shape from a previous auto repair shop and was nothing but helpful. Lee kept me updated throughout the entire process and was extremely helpful walking me through things I didn’t understand. Their estimate was the exact amount they said it would be and as soon as they were able to get me in, they were done in a timely manner. Lee provides a free 2 week check up and is very personable as he remembers every customer and their car. Hopefully I don’t have to get my transmission repaired ever again, but if I did - Lee would be who I go to! Service: Transmission repair

Both Rick and Lee were extremely helpful, kept me informed what was going on and how long it would take. Free estimate in less than a half hour and much better price than others in town had quoted me. Got the van back with a rebuilt transmission and it runs perfectly. I’ll go back in two weeks for the recommended follow up check, but I’m very satisfied with their work, service and warranty. We recently purchased a 2016 Ford Escape, since the first day out of the dealer it presented Transmission issues, we were new in the city and ask for recommendations, and the answer was Lee from Columbia Transmission Service . We contacted Lee and he told us to bring the car for a check. Lee was very profesional, easy to contact, explained everything and was very patient with our case (we had to wait for the Dealer to pay the work). They help us communicating with the dealer.
