Columbia Honda Service

I want to give a big shout-out to Phillip Mitchell of Columbia Honda Service. Incredible dedication and commitment to the customers! I was driving my car and all on a sudden so many warning lights were on that I freaked out. But then after a few hours, they went off and my car was fine. In a few days, the warning lights came on again.....the car was driving fine but like 10-15 warning lights kept coming on. I took the car to Columbia Honda. They found that the fuel injectors were malfunctioning and need to be replaced. New fuel injectors and replacement labor would cost me more than a thousand bucks. I ran out of my warranty, so it would all fall on me. I was frustrated with them as I have been servicing the car with them, blamed them for not being able to prevent this problem earlier, and vented my anger on Phillip Mitchell, who was in charge of my car repair. Phillip was very understanding of my frustration and volunteered to talk to Honda to see if they would still agree to pay some

I highly recommend Columbia Honda service department. The staff, Andrew Silvey, Dave Breshears and T.J. Mitchell are friendly, courteous, helpful and do a great job servicing my car every time! I had low tire pressure and they took me immediately and fixed it! My tire pressure tool was broken and Dave gave me a good replacement recommendation. I appreciate them all! They are dependable, reliable and professional!

They had a. 20-day delay before they could get my car in for service. While I didn't use them, it appears that many people are happy with them.
