Very friendly service department. Great service
They replaced my alternator. $500. And when I picked it up in their parking lot it wouldn't start. Took about 30 minutes for them to bring a charger out and charge my battery. Brand new battery. I'd have thought they would make sure it started before calling me to pick it up. I drove over an hour to get there. They never apologized either.
My experience at Bob Mcosh was very unprofessional and confusing from the staff at service department. I am considering driving out of town to another Cadillac dealership if my Cadillac needs service again.
