Called in on a Saturday around noon. I had a nail in one of my tires, even though they were fully booked for the day they were able to get my vehicle in, nail removed and hole patched within 2 hours!
Can’t say enough good things about the service at this Big O location. Graduation weekend and wake up to a flat. I changed the tire, dropped off the flat, and by the time I set up a party tent the flat was repaired. I ran back and the installed the repaired tire immediately and sent me on my way. Highly recommend for any parents with kids at Mizzou.
Gotta say my opinion went up after my last visit. It was way faster and cheaper than expected and the guys didn't try to up-sell me on anything unnecessary when there was (given one of the reasons I was there) definitely the ability to try to upsell some break pads but he actually recommended I NOT replace them yet since it wasn't necessary quite yet. Awesome
