I dropped my truck off on short notice and they got to it the next day and did an amazing job aligning it. I put control arms on myself and didn’t exactly do it right and they fixed it with no issue. 10/10 would recommend
Had a nail in my tire and went here. The nail was too close to the side wall to safely repair so the tire had to be replaced. As it’s an AWD car, that means all 4 have to be replaced. Jerome there that Big O worked with my fleet management company since it’s a company car and got everything worked out. Now I’m rolling on new tires and all is good. I’d recommend this Big O tire location to anyone.
The ABSOLUTE best tire place in Columbia. The staff is very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I am always amazed how fast they get you in and out.
