My 16 year old son bought his first car from a dealership in KC. Said dealership did not disclose the many severe and dangerous issues as well as falsified an inspection. Luckily, my son knew well enough that he needed shocks and struts so we took the car to All Star. The friendly, knowledgeable staff was able to show us just how unsafe the car was. They could have very easily been shady and fixed "this and that" to get money out of us, but their obvious honesty and sincere worry for our well being was very prevalent and said any work they did would not fix the issues. Needless to say, we're contacting the dealership in KC. Thank you, All Star! We will be buying a different car locally and will be back for an inspection before purchase!
