Every time I go to bring my truck in the service team does a great job of getting me in and out in a timely manner. Sam is my go to service advisor and always goes above and beyond to help with warranty claims and he's honest about what I actually need. Beyond the service department, I've always had a positive experience. Services: Tires, Oil change

Worst customer experience I've ever had! Lied to multiple times, person pawned off as Service Manager, was just an advisor, very rude to both myself and my daughter. Even suggesting that we go somewhere else, and not there. We had both brought in vehicles for "The Works" at their "Quick Lane" service Center. Neither Quick or "Customer Service" were involved. Were there when the place opened, only 2 other cars in line. 5 hours later they hadn't even started to work on them. Conveniently, no "Manager" was available. Even though I had bought and sold Fords for years, won't be going back there again! Service: Oil change

We been servicing our 2006 Expedition @ BS Ford for 15yrs, don’t trust anybody else. Professional service, accurate cost & when completed predictions. All personnel friendly & helpful. Offer me ride home if needed, had to once & was impressed with that service. Big relief to know where I’m going when I need help keeping my wheels on the road!!!! 93,000mi & more to go thanks to these folks!!! Love my Expedition!!!! ????
