Believe me when I say I was not expecting to buy a new tire. I feel like mechanics see women as an opportunity to make money. Alan is not that guy, at less he didn't appear to be. He came out and open the door at 7:24 and he made sure that I knew the reason why I needed a new tire. I'm telling you I felt comfortable knowing that this man had my safety in mind. Had a flat on my way to work, called the store as soon as they opened. Spoke with Britney who assured me they could get me in upon arrival. The assessed the issue and after hearing all the options decided to replace all of my tires. They were all very professional, courteous and efficient. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I’m from out of town. I woke up to a flat tire. I googled near by tire places and Telle Tire had 4.7 or 4.9 stars. I called that morning, they said they were able to and happy to help! They fit me in that day!! My tread was so low on all my tires, they suggested, to keep me safest, I get all new tires. And assured me that they could get them in stock that day, which was awesome! They have a warehouse in town that stocked what I needed. I even got them cheaper than I have at my normal place back home. The tires were to the store in 2-3 hours. And I got a call around 2pm that my car was all finished up! The service desk advisors had great communication, made me a promise and delivered, offered me a ride back to where I was staying, were kind, funny, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to a friend or family member. It was such an easy, pleasant, quick experience. They were able to get me back home safely :)
