Recently brought my car there to diagnose an A/C issue. They were able to diagnose the issue and provided a quote for the repair. I haven't decided if I wanted to do the repair yet, but I love that they didn't apply pressure to get the fix done immediately. They made some suggestions and then left the decision to me. That experience is what will keep me coming back when I have an issue. When I picked the car up, they also made time to answer any questions I had and I could tell they care about the customers. Great service! Bonus, they also have a very nice loaner car available for a small fee. I'd highly recommend checking them out. Skip the hotel and rent a camper van for the weekend! I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. Crystal and Jordon are running a wonderful operation here. The van came stocked with literally everything you could want for the weekend. We went with another couple up to the North Shore for three days had a blast. We'll be making this an annual outing for sure.

VanGo has always taken care of us well, and we will continue to use them for our Volkswagen repairs. They have great communication, and fair pricing. I would recommend to anyone!
