Ultimate Fleet Repair

I had a brakes job and inspection done but there's so much poor communication. They did some work that I did need need just in the name of passing inspection and I asked them to keep for some of the parts they replaced but now this guy Rich is saying that he put a note and the mecs might have missed it. Then he's saying they thought that it was not worth saving! I went pick the trailer up and it was missing a nut by the glad handle and one airbag was installed crooked. I paid the bill(over 4K) and they said they will get to it immediately and they will let me know as soon as they are done but that didn't happen until I checked on the 4day later. Now I am waiting for them to give my parts back of which they said they will...so I'm waiting. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

living Minnesota’s cold weather and operating a trucking business could have it’s challenges .we had all kinds of Mechanical issues ,you name it ,we had to deal with it ,but having ultimate fleet Repaire as my Repaire shop is the best decision that I have made,Bruce ,Gary,and the entire stuff are professionals and know what they doing ,they don’t just assume things like they know what they doing ,if you out there having mechanical issues check those guys out ,trust me driving to there shop will for sure worth it ,they will get you back on the road whole lot quicker than any other truck shop.thank you Bruce and rest of the ultimate fleet family for y’all effortless work and dedication For keeping as moving .
