Joel Purchased a car from me on June 21, 2022. I gave him the title as he was going to transfer it into his name. As of January 25, 2023 the title has not been transferred and he is not picking up my calls. I have to camera speeding tickets sent to my address from this car that is still registered to me. There are police officials from two states (Iowa where the speeding tickets and MN state of sale) that are now involved with the case and Joel still has no urgency in settling this issue. Beware of the business practices of the owner of JR Automotive. Joel, I will take this review down after you deal with this issue.

Retapped and rethreadded my oxygen sensor for only $40. Also topped off all my automotive fluids for free. Once started, the job took no more than 20 minutes. I highly recommend Joel and his team. They provide quality auto care with integrity.

Joel has the most cost effective honest repair shop in town. He will tell you what needs to be fixed and what should not be fixed based on the condition and lifetime of the vehicle. I spent several hours removing an oxygen sensor on my van. The hole needed to be retapped and my sensor needed to be rethreaded. He completed this job and topped off all of my automotive fluids in 20 minutes for only $40. I recommend paying him in cash. He is an expert level mechanic. Because of the volume of vehicles that he fixes each day, you may need to wait at his shop until a spot opens up in his schedule. I trust him with fixing all of my vehicles.
