Cost me over $1100 to repair wheel speed sensor wire and to my ac that worked great for the one month left of summer. Then winter came. This summer ac no longer works. Told i need a new compressor which is what they already replaced. Complete trash. Services: Electrical repair, Air conditioning
Terrible customer service. The new or transferred manager, Scott, is unprofessional and rude, in my opinion. I have been going to Firestone for over 20 years and after today's interaction, I will never go back while he is there. Go someplace else and save lots of frustration. Recent service. Horrible customer service .I've been going to Firestone for many many years location on Hudson Boulevard use to have great customer service. From the moment I walked in the door dirty location. We will stick with the one in Eagan.
